What is the exercise for Chest build up ?

Hi,
There isn’t just one exercise. It’s more complex than that. You can basically break down the chest to upper, mid and lower sections and you will need different exercises and angles to target each area maximally.
Upper - Incline bench
Mid - Flat bench
Lower - Decline bench
Dumbbell variations of the above are great as you have greater range of motion than you do with a barbell. I would concentrate on working with dumbbells if looking to build muscle size. Rep range 8 - 12 reps, weight up to 75% 1 RM
If you are looking to build strength, a barbell is the best option. You can also use a barbell to to the above exercise. 5 reps max, weight over 75% 1 RM
Also, don’t forget about push-ups and the numerous variations. They can be game changers once done correctly and the best body weight exercise you can do to build your chest.
