Yes , you can use running as a good method for weight loss .

If you are wishing ti lose weight then running could be a good idea for you . Running helps you to burn he extra calories which are stored in your body without much efforts or without doing heavy workouts . 

Few people does the workouts to lose weight but it requires much effort and this may causes stress and strain in your body muscles but by running it does not requires much effort and it will also increases your stamina in your body .

Beside of running you should keep in mind that not only running can make to lose weight but you have to have control over few things just like overeating , improper diet .. etc..


Over Eating 


This could wipe your all efforts to lose weight . Always keep in mind that while you are putting efforts to lose weight then you should stop over eating because over eating provides you the lot of energy that is not required by our body . As our body requires the limited amount of energy and that extra energy will start to get stored in our body and this will affect you  body weight . So avoid over eating .

Improper Diet 


A proper and a balance diet is also necessary for our body to be fit and even if you are trying to lose weight then also our body requires the good quality of food i.e. proper and balanced diet food.
