How to make your body fit at home for man and woman both ?


Fit and fine body is very important for us and it  is our need also .

You can make your body fit at home irrespective of a man or woman by following few steps .

These steps or fit keeping rules are listed below .....

1. Exercise Daily 


Daily exercise for an hour only can make you fit and healthy . It will keep your body active and your interest in work will be increased .  Exercise make your body parts active and relaxes your muscles .

2. Eat the right food in proper amount 


This means that a person should eat the proper diet i.e. balanced diet . Because a balanced diet contains the all essential vitamins and minerals required for our body . And if our body gets the proper amount of minerals for daily routine this makes you healthy.

3. Use the food intake 


The food we eat contains the energy in form of calories and it is also necessary to use that energy that we intake as , if energy intake is more and energy used is less this result in to store extra energy as fat in our body this makes us fat .

4. Go to better sleep 


Sleep is also essential for a healthy and fit body as if our mind is relaxed this will make your body also fit . All parts are connected to each other and if our mind is unfit it will effect the body health.

5. Stay motivated 


A person should always be motivated to be fit . If a person is demotivated this can make that person depressed and due to this the health system  is affected .
